Liveinspelning från konserten Jazz at Berlin Philharmonic, som hölls för att uppmärksamma Nils Landgrens 70-årsdag i Berlins filharmoni. Albumet är också en hyllning till hans idol och senare samarbetspartner, den bortgångne Joe Sample, och kretsar kring sånger med en djup personlig betydelse för Nils.<br/>På albumet möts några av jazzens främsta musiker och de enastående bleckblåsarna i Berlinerfilharmonikerna. Samtliga arrangemang är skrivna av den Grammy-belönade multiinstrumentalisten Magnus Lindgren.
